Project Breakdown
What Went Into This Job
Project Scope
Comprehensive exterior cleaning of the Blankenbaker campus — including the 9,300-seat main auditorium, 1,500-seat fellowship hall, multi-purpose rooms, and all supporting infrastructure. Full ground-to-roofline coverage: walls, gutters, roofline edges, HVAC surrounds, and architectural features. DRIP deployed FAA Part 107 certified drone systems for elevated surfaces and coordinated with Hydro Solutions Power and Soft Washing for ground-level work — delivering complete exterior coverage with no lift rentals and no scaffolding.
Key Insight
At a facility hosting 20,000+ attendees weekly, there's no maintenance window that doesn't conflict with something. The drone-plus-ground-crew hybrid approach gave Southeast Christian total coverage — walls to gutters — without a single parking lot closure, lane block, or interruption to any service. Beyond this project, Southeast Christian has engaged DRIP as a recurring service provider, which reflects what scheduled, predictable exterior cleaning looks like when it fits around operations rather than disrupting them.
Sound Familiar?
Large campus facilities — churches, universities, institutional properties — often end up with a binary choice: expensive and disruptive traditional cleaning, or deferred maintenance that lets building conditions slide. For Southeast Christian, the scale and constant activity of the campus made traditional methods impractical. If your property has been cycling between "too disruptive to schedule" and "we'll get to it next year," DRIP offers a third path — scalable, recurring exterior maintenance that fits within existing budgets and calendars.
