DRIP Clean LLC ("DRIP", "we") provides drone and ground cleaning services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • From customers and prospects: name, company, email, phone, site address and project details you share with us.
  • From crew partners and contractors: name, company, phone, email, home city, role and equipment, availability, job history, invoices, and tax and insurance documents (W-9, certificate of insurance) you upload.
  • Basic website data such as pages visited, through our website host.

How we use it

  • To quote, schedule and complete jobs; to coordinate crew; to pay contractors; to meet tax and insurance requirements; and to answer your questions.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

  • Crew partners who opt in receive job text messages from DRIP: availability requests, job confirmations, date changes, reminders, and replies from our office. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
  • We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (for example, our SMS provider).

Who we share with

Only service providers that help us run the business — for example our CRM (HubSpot), Google Workspace (email, documents, file storage), our website and portal hosting (Squarespace, Cloudflare), and our SMS provider (Twilio) — and when required by law.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the work and for tax, insurance and legal records, then we delete it.

Security

Access is limited to DRIP staff who need it. Documents are stored in our private Google Drive.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or stop texts at any time.
