Frequently asked questions.
How does drone cleaning compare to traditional methods?
It’s faster, safer, and less disruptive. Drones eliminate lifts, reduce labor time, and minimize the impact on parking lots, entrances, and daily operations.
Is it safe for my building and surroundings?
Yes — we use controlled PSI, soft-wash systems, and biodegradable cleaning solutions designed for all common exterior materials including glass, brick, metal panels, EIFS, and stone.
Do drones need access to water or power?
Yes — we typically connect to an on-site water source (hose bib or spigot). If unavailable, we can provide water tanks and generators upon request.
How high can the drones clean?
Our drones can effectively clean structures up to 10–12 stories high, depending on the building’s design and access.
Will drone cleaning disrupt my business operations?
Not at all. Drones minimize downtime — no lane closures or scaffolding required. We can also schedule off-hours or weekend cleanings if needed.
What about dirty spots the drone can’t reach?
We pair our drone team with ground crews who handle lower levels, sidewalks, and detail work — ensuring a spotless finish from top to bottom.
Can you handle multiple buildings or locations?
Yes — we specialize in multi-property portfolios and can schedule cleanings across several locations under one contract.
